This website

Draft, pending legal review. This section describes this website only.

This website is written to WCAG 2.1 Level AA: semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, text alternatives, visible keyboard focus, color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text, text that reflows from 360 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, and no motion that plays by itself. The demonstration video has no sound and does not play until you start it; a text description of every step is printed next to it.

If anything on this site is hard to use with your browser or assistive technology, email support@tridentdefensetech.com and we will provide the information in another format.

The RMF Sprint application

The application's own Section 508 Accessibility Conformance Report follows, as published in the application.

Accessibility Conformance Report (ITI VPAT® 2.5Rev Edition)

Revised Section 508 & WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA Conformance Report

Good-faith self-assessment of RMF Sprint™ v3.55.0 under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d / 36 CFR Part 1194).

Report Date: November 5, 2026
Build: v3.55.0 (ACR-508)
Legal Scope, Point-in-Time Self-Assessment & Equivalent Facilitation (36 CFR § 1194 E101.2)

This Accessibility Conformance Report (“ACR”) documents Trident Defense Tech, LLC’s good-faith internal evaluation of RMF Sprint™ v3.55.0 as of the report date above. This report is provided for informational and procurement evaluation purposes only, is subject to the Master Terms of Service (“AS-IS”), and does not constitute a legally binding warranty that every feature or third-party browser/assistive-technology combination will operate without defect. Where complex visual or spreadsheet components have inherent technical constraints, RMF Sprint™ provides Equivalent Facilitation (pursuant to Revised Section 508 Chapter 1, E101.2) via structured HTML summary tables, keyboard-accessible controls, and downloadable OpenXML/CSV data representations.

Table 1: WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 Level A & AA Success Criteria (36 CFR § 1194 E205 / E207)

Web & Software Interface
Criteria Conformance Level Remarks, Exceptions & Equivalent Facilitation
1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A) Partially Supports Decorative FontAwesome icons are paired with visible text labels or title/aria-label attributes. Exception & Equivalent Facilitation: Dynamic HTML5 <canvas> charts on the Executive Metrics view are accompanied by screen-reader-accessible numeric KPI cards and downloadable DOCX/XLSX tabular reports.
1.2.1-1.2.5 Time-based Media (A/AA) Not Applicable The RMF Sprint™ application does not contain pre-recorded or live audio/video media. (The product website’s demonstration video is outside the scope of this report: it has no audio, and a step-by-step text description is published next to it.)
1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A) Supports Semantic HTML5 landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <aside>, <main>), explicit form <label> bindings, and data table <thead>/<th> headers are used across all modules.
1.4.1 Use of Color & 1.4.3 Contrast (AA) Supports High-contrast dark-slate palette (#0f172a / #020617 backgrounds with white/cyan/emerald foregrounds) meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 normal text contrast ratio. Compliance statuses (Compliant, Open / CAT I, N/A) always include explicit text badges alongside color indicators.
1.4.10 Reflow & 1.4.4 Resize Text (AA) Partially Supports Application supports browser zoom up to 200%. Wide multi-column RMF traceability tables (SCTM / Audit History) utilize horizontal scroll containers (overflow-x-auto) as permitted by WCAG 1.4.10 for two-dimensional data tables.
2.1.1 Keyboard & 2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (A) Supports All navigation links, DCSA naming inputs, file selection controls, and modal dialogs are operable via standard keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape) without keyboard traps.
2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (Level A) Supports Includes a keyboard-focusable “Skip to main content” link at the top of the DOM allowing screen reader and keyboard users to bypass the persistent left sidebar and top banner.
3.3.1 Error Identification & 3.3.2 Labels (A) Supports Validation errors, NIST AC-7 account lockout alerts, and MFA verification prompts are presented in deterministic text containers.
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Level A) Partially Supports Native HTML form elements (<input>, <select>, <button>) expose programmatic name, role, and state to assistive technologies (JAWS / NVDA / VoiceOver). Dynamic toast notifications and modal states are continuously refined during release cycles.

Table 2: Revised Section 508 Chapters 3, 5 (Authoring Tools) & 6 (Support Services)

36 CFR Part 1194
Section 508 Clause Conformance Level Remarks & Explanations
302.1-302.9 Functional Performance Criteria Partially Supports Supports operation without vision or with limited vision via semantic HTML and high-contrast text; does not require hearing, speech, or fine simultaneous motor gestures.
504.2 Content Creation / Editing (Authoring Tool) Partially Supports Exported Master SSP and ConMon documents (.docx) use structured OpenXML heading hierarchy (Heading 1-3) and semantic tables. Exported eMASS and BOE workbooks (.xlsx) preserve defined column headers and plain-text cell values; complex multi-tab government Excel templates inherit government-mandated eMASS column layouts.
602 Support Documentation & 603 Support Services Supports All in-app documentation (/docs and /resources) is provided in semantic HTML. Alternate accessible formats and reasonable accommodation assistance are provided upon request at no additional charge.
